Job Description

Financial Analyst role in Fosber America, Inc., onsite in Green Bay, WI, supporting the VP of Finance and Controller with reporting, analyses, budgeting, month-end close, and related projects.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill a range of internal reporting requests.
Support the month-end close activities and ensure timely financial accuracy.
Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances to maintain clean ledgers.
Analyze cost accounting data and prepare actionable reports for management.
Contribute to Fosber's month-end consolidation process.
Assist with the annual budgeting cycle and the year-end close activities.
Support the annual audit process, coordinating with auditors as needed.
Leverage ERP reporting capabilities to generate required reports and insights.
Perform additional duties as necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree is required.
Three to five years of related accounting experience, with manufacturing industry exposure.
