Position Type: Regular. This role is based in Fort Myers, Florida 33965 and offers a salary range plus eligibility for bonus or incentive opportunities. The branch team plays a central role in helping clients grow their financial futures. In this position, you will deliver financial guidance to clients, cultivate trust-based relationships, and pursue a supportive, growth-oriented culture with broad career opportunities. You will work with existing Schwab clients to provide wealth management and financial planning guidance, and over time, expand your practice through asset consolidation, networking, and client referrals. What you’ll do
- Provide wealth management and financial planning guidance to the existing Schwab client base.
- Grow your practice over time through client asset consolidation, networking, and earning client referrals.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active FINRA Series 7 license is required.
- During your tenure, you must obtain or acquire FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance licensing.

- Openness to manage wealth on behalf of clients across Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking and Lending, Insurance and Risk Management, and Estate Planning.
- Adaptability to implement changes as market and business conditions evolve.
- Passion for community engagement and engaging clients in discussions about market conditions, sound investing principles, and suitable long-term strategies.
- A genuine desire to deliver an outstanding investor experience while pursuing personal growth in Wealth Management.
Compensation is aligned with Schwab's Investment Professionals' compensation structure, and in addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.

Regulatory and Compliance
