Position Type: Regular. Location: Campbell, CA 95008. Schwab’s branch team sits at the core of our commitment to helping clients own their financial futures. In this role, you’ll provide financial guidance to clients and cultivate relationships built on trust, respect, and shared goals. Role Responsibilities
As a Financial Consultant, you’ll work with existing Schwab clients to deliver wealth management and financial planning guidance. Over time, you’ll grow your practice holistically through client asset consolidation, networking, and earning client referrals. If you currently hold your securities license, enjoy collaborating in a team environment, and share our passion for serving clients, this opportunity is for you.
Your qualifications
Required Qualifications
- A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license
- Working toward FINRA Series 66 (63/65) and Life & Health Insurance licensing during tenure
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to build strong relationships, foster trust, and deepen client engagement by applying focused client communication and exceeding expectations
- Willingness to leverage the Schwab team of specialists, adhere to Schwab advice guidelines, apply market knowledge, and inspire action to help clients progress toward their goals
- Capability to manage wealth on behalf of clients across Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending Management, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning
- Openness to adapt and implement change as market and business conditions evolve
- Passion for community involvement to discuss market conditions, solid investing principles, and ideal wealth and long-term strategies for individual circumstances
- Desire to deliver an outstanding investor experience while pursuing ongoing professional development in Wealth Management
