DARCARS Kia of Frederick is looking for an accomplished Automotive Finance Manager to strengthen our dynamic team in Frederick, Maryland (ZIP 21704). If you’re an experienced F&I professional seeking to maximize earnings within a forward-thinking dealership group, we want to hear from you. Potential earnings can reach up to $240,000+ based on experience.

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of Finance & Insurance (F&I) management experience in a high-volume dealership
Strong understanding of lending guidelines and regulatory compliance
Professional and confident in presenting menu options to customers
Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office

What You’ll Do

Lead the customer finance process in person and through our digital retailing platforms
Present and promote finance and extended warranty products with confidence and compliance
Collaborate with sales teams to structure profitable deals
Obtain lender approvals and accurately manage title paperwork in a timely manner
Maintain top-tier CSI scores and high levels of client satisfaction
Provide expert guidance on DMV regulations and financing laws
Build and sustain strong relationships with lenders and vendor partners
