DARCARS Kia of Frederick is looking for an accomplished Automotive Finance Manager to strengthen our dynamic team in Frederick, Maryland (ZIP 21704). What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of Finance & Insurance (F&I) management experience in a high-volume dealership
• Strong understanding of lending guidelines and regulatory compliance
• Professional and confident in presenting menu options to customers
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office

What You’ll Do

• Lead the customer finance process in person and through our digital retailing platforms
• Present and promote finance and extended warranty products with confidence and compliance
• Collaborate with sales teams to structure profitable deals
• Obtain lender approvals and accurately manage title paperwork in a timely manner
• Maintain top-tier CSI scores and high levels of client satisfaction
• Provide expert guidance on DMV regulations and financing laws
• Build and sustain strong relationships with lenders and vendor partners
