What you will do
- Provide customized financial strategies and solutions through fact finding and holistic planning.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, with our average client relationship lasting over 40 years.
- Establish impactful networks in the community and authentically cultivate referral connections.
- Receive personalized coaching and market development resources along with financial support for professional designations and certifications.
- Build and expand your skill set through ongoing professional development and collaborative, experiential learning.
- Design your roadmap to leadership and pursue specialized roles within the organization.
- Provide guidance to help clients protect and grow their financial future.

Compensation and benefits
Salary: $55,000.00 – $159,000.00 per year.
