Overview
Citizens seeks an experienced wealth professional to assist individuals and families in achieving their financial objectives. Wealth Advisors conduct thorough discoveries to understand a client’s short- and long-term goals, then design a tailored financial plan aligned with those aims. This branch-based role thrives in a collaborative environment that prioritizes client interests and supports both personal and professional growth of team members. PCFAs collaborate directly with a diverse range of business partners and centers of influence to uncover prospective opportunities. This position is based in Brockton, MA 02305.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop a high-quality wealth management practice delivering a personalized strategy.
- Strengthen and sustain relationships with key partners to increase client introductions and engagement.
- Engage in proactive client and prospect outreach to promote Citizens Wealth Management capabilities.
- Grow existing relationships through partnership referrals.
- Tailor wealth management planning to meet each client’s needs.
- Leverage internal stakeholders and specialists to deliver a broad range of services, including financial planning, investment management, insurance, and estate planning.
Qualifications, Licensing & Experience
- Series 7, 63, 65 (or 66) active and valid.
- A valid, active Insurance Life/Health/Variable license is required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting the role as a condition of employment.
- Minimum of 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent experience in financial services.
- Demonstrated track record in new business development and client book management.
- Proven experience in a team-oriented consumer bank setting.
- Familiarity with servicing high-net-worth individuals.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Pay Transparency & Benefits
Compensation is commission-based. Historically, earnings have ranged from $105,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on performance and productivity relative to the commission plan parameters.
