Wealth Advisors perform comprehensive consultations to capture short- and long-term aims, then design a customized plan aligned to those goals. Wealth Advisors collaborate with a range of business partners and centers of influence to uncover prospective opportunities. Location: East Greenbush, NY.

What You'll Do

Build a robust wealth management practice that delivers a personalized strategy tailored to each client.
Strengthen and maintain relationships with key partners to drive client introductions and engagement.
Proactively reach out to clients and prospects to promote Citizens Wealth Management capabilities.
Grow existing relationships through partnership referrals.
Customize wealth planning to meet individual client needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and specialists to deliver services including financial planning, investment management, insurance, and estate planning.

Qualifications

Series 7, 63, 65 (or 66) active and valid.
A valid, active Insurance Life/Health/Variable license is required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting the role as a condition of employment.
A minimum of 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent experience in financial services.
Proven track record in new business development and client book management.
Demonstrated experience in a team-oriented consumer bank setting.
Familiarity with servicing high-net-worth individuals.
Comfortable operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
