VP/Treasury Management Officer
Job Description
Overview
This role is responsible for identifying prospects and clients with Treasury Management needs and recommending suitable solutions to meet their requirements. The position requires a thorough understanding of all Treasury Management systems and products.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Bankers and individually cultivate prospects for new business through the sale of Treasury Management solutions tuned to client needs.
- Develop and maintain Centers of Influence (COIs) within the industry.
- Prepare sales presentations that deliver a comprehensive solution for clients’ Treasury Management needs.
- Keep informed of current market trends in the Treasury Management field, including a solid grasp of today’s competitive landscape related to product and pricing.
- Provide client feedback and input regarding new product development, enhancements and modifications as they arise.
- Set up and effectively conduct training sessions or product demonstrations in person as requested.
- Work closely with the Treasury Management Analyst and related support areas of the bank as needed to meet customer expectations.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills
- Ten years of Treasury Management sales experience.
- B.A. in Business Administration, Finance, or related field and/or related work experience.
- CTP certification preferred.
- Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to complete and prioritize projects with minimal supervision.
- Ability to think clearly, solve problems, develop customer relationships, and embrace new challenges.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $77,900.00 - $95,000.00 per year.
