What you’ll do
As a Financial Consultant, you’ll work with an existing client base to provide wealth management and financial planning guidance. Over time, you’ll grow your practice through client asset consolidation, networking, and referrals. If you already hold a securities license, enjoy collaborating in a team environment, and are passionate about serving clients, this role is for you.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license is required.
- On the job, you’ll obtain FINRA Series 66 (63/65) and Life & Health Insurance licenses as part of tenure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to build strong relationships, foster trust, engage clients effectively, and deepen connections through focused communication—surpassing client expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage Schwab specialists, advisory guidelines, market knowledge, and client motivation to help clients progress toward their goals.
- Willingness to manage wealth for clients across Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending Management, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning.
- Adaptability to evolving market conditions and business environment.
- Passion for community engagement to discuss market conditions, disciplined investing, and long-term wealth strategies tailored to individual situations.
- Desire to deliver an exceptional investor experience while continuing professional development in Wealth Management.
