As a Financial Consultant, you will work with Schwab’s existing client base, delivering wealth management and financial planning guidance. Over time, you’ll grow your practice holistically through client asset consolidation, networking, and referrals. If you already hold a securities license, enjoy collaborative work, and share our dedication to serving clients—this role is for you.
What you have
- A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license is required.
- You will obtain or acquire FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance credentials during your tenure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to build strong relationships, foster trust, and deepen client engagement by applying a focused client communication strategy, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Willingness to leverage our team of Schwab specialists, follow Schwab advice guidelines, apply market knowledge, and motivate clients toward their goals.
- Openness to manage wealth for clients across Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning.
- Ability to adapt and implement change as market and business conditions evolve.
- Passion for community engagement and for guiding clients in discussions about market conditions, sound investing principles, and tailored long-term strategies.
- Desire to deliver an outstanding investor experience while pursuing ongoing professional development in Wealth Management.
