As a Financial Consultant, you will work with existing Schwab clients to deliver wealth management and financial planning advice, expanding your practice over time through asset consolidation, networking, and client referrals. Required Qualifications
- A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license is required.
- You will need to obtain FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life and Health Insurance licensing during your tenure.

- Ability to build strong relationships, foster trust, engage clients, and deepen the client relationship through focused communication, while consistently exceeding expectations.
- Willingness to leverage Schwab specialists, Schwab advice guidelines, market knowledge, and the ability to inspire action to help clients progress toward their goals.
- Openness to manage wealth on behalf of clients across Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking and Lending, Insurance and Risk Management, and Estate Planning.
- Ability to adapt and implement change as the market and business conditions evolve.
- Commitment to community engagement to discuss market conditions, sound investing principles, and long-term wealth strategies tailored to each client.
- Desire to deliver an outstanding investor experience while pursuing ongoing professional development in Wealth Management.
