Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships by building trust, thoroughly understanding needs, delivering targeted guidance, crafting thoughtful solutions and providing an outstanding client experience.
- Drive business results by acquiring assets from both existing clients and new client acquisitions.
- Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit and banking needs.
- Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise when required.
- Help clients connect across all lines of business within JPMorgan Chase & Co.
- Ensure proposed solutions meet clients' short, medium and long term objectives through a holistic goals-based planning approach.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Three or more years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required for the role; unlicensed candidates will be considered but must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date.
- Proven sales success and strong business acumen.
- Strong community presence with an established network.
- Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit and banking concepts.
- Focus on the client experience and a relentless commitment to serving the client’s interests.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- MBA, JD, CFA or CFP preferred.
- Proactive, takes initiative and applies critical thinking to solve problems.
- Dynamic and credible professional who communicates clearly and presents effectively.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and maintains a disciplined, structured approach to business.
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of equity and fixed income markets and alternative investments, including hedge funds, private equity and real estate.
