Overview
Lead consultative sales of Treasury Solutions products and services to the Real Estate Corporate Banking client group. This role uses a cash flow management and working capital approach with a focus on risk mitigation, grounded in Truist's Purpose, Mission and Values. The location is flexible since the portfolio is nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the sales plan and build strong partnerships with lines of business and internal partners to uncover and pursue client and prospect opportunities, aiming to achieve or exceed revenue and portfolio growth for the assigned portfolio.
- Foster collaborations with bankers and product partners to pursue opportunities and participate in strategic client planning.
- Independently manage a portfolio of clients with Treasury Solutions needs, applying broad knowledge of banking and TS products, services, and working capital concepts.
- Contribute to the development of detailed relationship plans for clients and prospects within the assigned group to identify retention and new client acquisition opportunities.
- Provide client working capital services and solutions, including receivables, payables, information reporting, and liquidity options.
- Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures and proactively escalate issues and risks to leadership as needed.
- Consult effectively with clients through multiple communication methods, such as in person, email, voicemail, or virtual meetings.
- Maintain accurate reporting of sales efforts, progression, and revenue generation.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
- At least 5 years of sales experience with financial or treasury products and/or services
- Strong understanding of the bank's Working Capital solutions
- Must obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months of starting the position
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of sales experience with financial or treasury products and/or services
- CFA designation
- Up-to-date knowledge of treasury trends and best practices
- Recognized as a subject matter expert in one or more specific skill sets, business areas, or products
Salary and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this role is $145,000 to $200,000, with additional incentive pay available.
Eligible employees who work 20 hours or more per week may receive a comprehensive benefits package.
