Overview

Focused on client service, relationship building, and delivering financial solutions within Commercial Banking, this role supports new sales targets, relationship management, and portfolio growth. It includes a three-year development plan designed to progress through job functions and build the skills needed for a successful career within the firm, with potential to advance to senior Treasury Solutions roles such as a Treasury Management Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Treasury Management Officer to craft client proposals, identify suitable Treasury solutions, perform cost-benefit analysis, set competitive pricing, and model profitability.
  • Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer research.
  • Develop an understanding of clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives.
  • Coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions.
  • Develop and understand competitors' products and positioning within the client and market.
  • Work with the Treasury Management Officers throughout the sales cycle to manage the pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up, and accurate pricing and billing.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Three or more years of relevant banking and treasury experience.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources.
  • Ability to understand Treasury Solutions products, pricing philosophy, and billing processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
  • Aspiration to develop into an individual sales contributor.

Preferred qualifications

  • Interest in collaborating with experienced Treasury partners to identify a client's cash flow needs and apply appropriate banking solutions.
  • Sales, portfolio management, or relationship management experience.
  • Qualitative and quantitative skills.

Compensation and benefits

Base salary is determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. Eligible employees may receive commission-based pay and or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in cash or forfeitable equity, for individual achievements and contributions.
