Treasury Sales Associate - Healthcare Services

Are you client focused, enjoy building relationships and delivering financial solutions to clients? You will fit with our Treasury Sales team in Commercial Banking. In this role as a Treasury Sales Associate, you will contribute to new sales targets, manage business relationships, and drive portfolio growth. A three-year development plan is designed to build skills over time and prepare you for more senior Treasury Solutions roles, such as a Treasury Management Officer.

Role responsibilities

• Partner with the Treasury Management Officer to craft client proposals, identify appropriate Treasury solutions, conduct cost and benefit analyses, evaluate pricing, and run profitability models.
• Assist with client call preparation by producing relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer research.
• Develop an understanding of clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives.
• Coordinate with product partners to design comprehensive Treasury solutions.
• Study competitors’ products and positioning within the client and market context.
• Work with the Treasury Management Officers throughout the sales cycle to manage the pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, timely product ramp-up, and accurate pricing and billing.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• Three or more years of relevant banking and treasury experience
• Time management, organizational, and planning skills with the proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
• Ability to understand Treasury Solutions products, pricing philosophy, and billing processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
• Aspiring to develop into an individual sales contributor

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Interest in working with experienced Treasury partners to recognize a client's cash flow needs and apply appropriate banking solutions
• Sales, portfolio management or relationship management experience
• Qualitative and quantitative skills
