Treasury Manager

Position overview

Uline, headquartered at 12575 Uline Drive in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin 53158, is seeking a Treasury Manager to help shape the company’s financial future. You will lead a skilled team of treasury analysts and own key financial decisions that support the health of our expanding North American operation.

What you will do

• Lead a team of treasury analysts, providing guidance and coordinating tasks to ensure efficient cash flow.
• Oversee daily cash management and investment activity, cash forecasts and liquidity reporting.
• Manage banking relationships and assess fee structures and financial service agreements.
• Recommend strategies to manage foreign currency exposure and facilitate currency conversions.
• Supervise the issuance of letters of credit and performance bonds.
• Streamline treasury processes, strengthen system controls and ensure compliance with documentation standards.

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree. A focus in finance, accounting or economics is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in managing treasury operations and leading teams.
• Experience managing investments and operating in a multi-currency environment.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred.
