Role Overview

The Treasury Analyst will oversee service delivery to maintain a best-in-class Treasury Center of Excellence for Sun Chemical. The role involves delivering high-level executive summaries and conducting in-depth analyses of treasury reports. This position engages with external service providers, customers, and vendors to review performance and identify opportunities for improvement. It collaborates with technical support and strategic business units to investigate issues and develop effective business solutions through process enhancements. The role also supports the Assistant Cash Manager with ongoing cash management initiatives and provides advanced cash performance analysis. It includes managing the back-office SAP support function and supporting the treasury operations and cash management team with issue resolution, clear communication, and ongoing development to enhance service delivery. The role provides analytics on current and historical performance to aid corporate treasury in making high-level decisions, identifies trends, and offers improvement recommendations. It supports the Manager of Treasury Services on special projects as needed and may provide work direction or lead designated projects. Req ID: 6019.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with treasury reporting to enable enhanced strategic and operational decision making; provide a high-level executive summary of produced reports.
• Regularly communicate with external service providers, customers, and vendors to review performance and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with technical support and strategic business units to investigate issues and opportunities, pursuing effective solutions through process enhancements.
• Support the Assistant Cash Manager with cash management initiatives and high-level cash performance analysis.
• Oversee the back-office SAP support function.
• Support operations and the cash management team with problem resolution, effective communication, and ongoing development to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Provide analytics on current and past performance to support corporate treasury in making strategic decisions; identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Assist the Manager of Treasury Services on special projects as needed.
• Provide work direction or act as a team lead on designated projects when required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of Finance or Accounting experience.
• Treasury or accounting experience is desirable.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP Treasury is a plus.

Location and Work Arrangement
