As a Sr. Manager, Wealth Advisor within Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA), you join a premier, fee-based, non-discretionary investment advisory solution that offers clients a personal relationship, specialized service, and ongoing guidance grounded in Schwab’s investing approach. You will directly affect clients by serving as a fiduciary within a dedicated SWA team to deliver an exceptional experience. SWA's advisory philosophy enables you to draw from a wide range of products, including stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and options, equipping you to help clients manage more complex portfolios toward their goals. You will grow within an experienced, collaborative team, strengthening relationships with partners, including leading industry advisors. Location: Hybrid remote in Radnor, PA 19087
What you will do
- Deliver high-quality fiduciary wealth advice as part of Schwab Wealth Advisory, offering clients a personal relationship, specialized service, and ongoing guidance.
- Work within a dedicated SWA team to provide an exceptional client experience.
- Utilize SWA's investing approach and a broad range of products including stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and options to support clients with more complex portfolios and goals.
- Collaborate with partners and industry-leading advisors to deepen client relationships.
- Mentor junior SWA team members as part of your leadership responsibilities.
What you have
Required Qualifications
- CFP designation or CFA designation
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license, may be obtained with a 120-day condition of employment
- Active and valid FINRA Series 66 license required, may be obtained with a 120-day condition of employment
- Five or more years of advisory experience, including creating and customizing financial plans and portfolios for clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Five or more years working directly with clients in the financial services industry, highly preferred
Compensation
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
