Job Summary

The Senior Finance Manager will serve as a senior leadership role reporting to the location President. This position oversees all financial activities, including closing the books, and leads the FP&A function, shaping financial strategy, building detailed forecasts, and delivering analytical insights to support decision-making at the senior executive level.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a business partner to OpCo Leadership, Regional VPOs, Regional HR, Regional President, and other senior leaders
  • Lead the monthly close process to ensure accurate financial statements and adherence to GAAP
  • Conduct root cause analysis and partner with leadership and other functions to drive proactive solutions through process and technology improvements
  • Collaborate on Shrink and Service Excellence within the location
  • Partner with OpCo leadership to develop Annual Budgets and timely forecasts for OpCo, including AOP presentations
  • Conduct monthly business reviews with Executives; analyze OpCo results and identify opportunities
  • Work with local teams to create and implement action plans where budgets show gaps or opportunities exist
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive environment among leaders and the finance team to achieve goals
  • Lead and develop finance teams using key leadership techniques; gather feedback from OpCo and Regional leadership to accelerate development opportunities
  • Complete ad-hoc analysis for the region and Senior Leadership
  • Build, challenge, and present customer profitability analyses as requested
  • Support Senior leadership as requested

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • 10+ years in a finance leadership role
