Overview
Position Type: Regular. In addition to the base salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities. The selected candidate is expected to work on site in Westlake, TX 76262.

Our Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) team is part of the broader Investor Services Organization and provides advisory support across wealth management needs, including retirement planning, education funding, investment management, estate and tax planning, active investing, managed banking, and lending.
Your impact
You will build and maintain meaningful client relationships as a central part of our strategy. As a Senior Client Relationship Specialist in the UHNW group, you will:
- Demonstrate the ability to handle client complaints consistently and deliver resolutions that satisfy clients, the team, and the organization
- Deepen ongoing relationships with internal and external business partners
- Show initiative, strong engagement, and leadership in the workplace
- Provide self-directed, exceptional client service and value
- Support the Branch Manager and sales/support staff in meeting client needs
- Navigate through highly complex operational issues
- Diffuse negative client situations effectively
- Demonstrate a passion for helping clients
You will be responsible for
- Implementing, training, and supporting new processes adopted by the firm
- Partnering with internal and external business partners to prepare for a branch audit
- Assisting the branch team with managing client events
- Serving as a product and service subject matter expert
- Receiving checks, security deposits, check disbursements, and new account processing
- Actively uncovering additional business development opportunities
- Scheduling clients for consultations with a Wealth Consultant

Qualifications
Required qualifications
- Active and valid Series 7 and 63 licenses
- Active and valid Series 9/10 licenses (This is REQUIRED)
- Minimum of 2 years in a client service capacity
- Understanding of the financial services industry and/or securities industry
- Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance policies associated with brokerage business
- Demonstrated experience handling client concerns and issues with tact and diplomacy
- Demonstrated passion for building strong, personal relationships with clients and ability to uncover client needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize issues appropriately
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work related experience
