RSMA Wealth Management, a wealth management firm based in inner SE Portland, combines more than 70 years of collective experience in financial services. We are looking for a Servicing Financial Advisor to support our growing practice and ensure seamless client service and operational delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding routine inquiries, account updates, and service requests.
  • Prepare, review, and process client paperwork, including account forms, applications, and compliance documentation.
  • Manage client communications via email and phone.
  • Coordinate account maintenance tasks such as transfers, contributions, withdrawals, and beneficiary updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with senior advisors and team members to ensure smooth execution of client requests and account operations.
  • Assist in preparing account summaries, reports, and other documentation for client meetings.
  • Support regulatory and compliance requirements by ensuring proper documentation and timely submissions.

Qualifications

  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • CFP designation is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Knowledge of financial products, retirement plans, and investment accounts.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively; self-motivated.
