RSMA Wealth Management, a wealth management firm based in inner SE Portland, combines more than 70 years of collective experience in financial services. We are looking for a Servicing Financial Advisor to support our growing practice and ensure seamless client service and operational delivery.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding routine inquiries, account updates, and service requests.
- Prepare, review, and process client paperwork, including account forms, applications, and compliance documentation.
- Manage client communications via email and phone.
- Coordinate account maintenance tasks such as transfers, contributions, withdrawals, and beneficiary updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM and internal systems.
- Collaborate with senior advisors and team members to ensure smooth execution of client requests and account operations.
- Assist in preparing account summaries, reports, and other documentation for client meetings.
- Support regulatory and compliance requirements by ensuring proper documentation and timely submissions.
Qualifications
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- CFP designation is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Knowledge of financial products, retirement plans, and investment accounts.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; self-motivated.
