Position Overview

This entry level role requires a valid Series 7 General Securities Representative license. All applicants must hold an active Series 7 license. Please do not apply unless you maintain a current Series 7 license. Applicants with relevant brokerage experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide trade support to clients
• Deliver software support for trading platforms
• Manage client accounts and assist with risk management
• Support real-time risk monitoring and mitigation efforts
• Respond quickly to customer requests via live chat, phone, and email
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high levels of customer service
• Note that while this is not a sales position, strong client interaction is essential

Schedule

• 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• 6:15 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Exact hours may vary based on business needs
• Market holidays off
• PTO days available

Qualifications and Licenses

• Series 7 and 63 licenses required
• Must thoroughly enjoy interacting with active trading customers
• Experience in Electronic Trading Service and Support
• Familiar with Level II trading applications
• Knowledge of US equities and options
• Ability to monitor and manage risk in real time
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Self-motivated and energetic personality
• Willing to take on new roles and responsibilities
• Preferred (but not required): Personal trading experience
• Preferred: Project management
• Series 4 – Registered Options Principal
• Series 3 – National Commodities Futures

• Base salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 per year with year-end bonus potential
