What you will do
As a Senior Manager, Wealth Advisor with Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA), you will join a premier, fee-based, non-discretionary investment advisory platform that emphasizes personal relationships, tailored service, and ongoing guidance aligned with Schwab's investing approach. You will influence client outcomes as a fiduciary within a dedicated SWA team to deliver an outstanding client experience. SWA's philosophy enables you to utilize a broad suite of products, including stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and option trading, to help clients manage more complex portfolios and achieve their goals. You will grow within an experienced, collaborative team, strengthen relationships with partners, including leading advisors, and have the opportunity to mentor junior SWA colleagues. What you have
- CFP® designation or CFA® designation
- Bachelor's degree
- Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license (may be obtained with a 120-day condition of employment)
- Active and valid FINRA Series 66 license required (may be obtained with a 120-day condition of employment)
- Five or more years of advisory experience, including creating and customizing financial plans and portfolios for clients
Preferred qualifications
- Five or more years working directly with clients in the financial services industry, highly preferred
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
