Senior FP&A Analyst

Overview

Our client is a startup organization with a presence in both North America and international markets within the internet security sector. They are seeking an experienced Senior FP and A Analyst to join the team and grow with the company. The ideal candidate has approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Hourly rate: $35 to $40 per hour

Position Overview

The Senior FP and A Analyst will join a newly formed finance team. The role focuses on interpreting and analyzing data to generate accurate reports and projections, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel. This is a fast paced environment that requires a robust analytical skillset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and prepare reports and projections based on the analysis.
• Coordinate with other members of the Finance team to review financial information and forecasts.
• Retrieve comprehensive financial information and convert it into pivot table formats.
• Use ad hoc analysis to create reports and research relevant information/data.

Required Experience and Skills

• Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to present P&Ls to senior management.
• Proficiency in Excel and NetSuite (required).
• Experience as a Financial Analyst.
• Strong analytical abilities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
