About Our Practice
We are a high-performing private wealth management team within Wells Fargo Advisors FiNet. Our practice ranks in the top 5% of production across Wells Fargo Advisors and serves high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners who expect institutional-level investment capabilities delivered with boutique, relationship-driven service. The team currently comprises two Financial Advisors supported by a loyal client base. We are seeking a Senior Client Associate to join as we prepare for the planned retirement of our long-tenured client associate, who has been with the team for more than 20 years. This presents a rare opportunity to assume a stable, trusted role within an established advisory practice. Location: Hybrid remote in Atlanta, GA 30326.
Position Summary
The Senior Client Associate leads client service and operational excellence across the advisory practice. This role works closely with Financial Advisors on client strategy execution, relationship management, and complex service needs. You will serve as a senior point of contact for clients, help optimize workflows, and support sophisticated planning and portfolio initiatives.
Client Relationship Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client service needs
- Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
- Coordinate client meetings and prepare supporting materials
- Manage follow-ups and ensure timely, proactive communication
Account Administration & Portfolio Support
- Facilitate money movement and handle routine transaction processing
- Assist with new account onboarding, transfers, and account maintenance
- Prepare performance reports, review packets, and planning summaries
- Coordinate custodial paperwork, required documentation, and service requests
Practice Operations
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM data
- Track workflows to ensure operational accuracy and consistency
- Support compliance requirements and platform procedures
- Assist with practice initiatives, process improvements, and special projects
Qualifications Required
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
- 4+ years of experience in wealth management, brokerage, or private banking
- Deep understanding of advisory operations and financial products
- Experience supporting high-net-worth clients
