Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Accountant with strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing complex financial data. This full-time, on-site role supports a growing real estate and loan servicing portfolio within a dynamic, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed account analysis and reconciliations
• Assist in cash flow forecasting and financial modeling
• Prepare borrower pay histories from raw transactional data
• Generate, review, and monitor daily billing cycles
• Receive and apply loan payments in accordance with loan terms
• Request payment of escrowed items such as taxes and insurance
• Support the CFO with compliance, regulatory, and audit reporting

Preferred Experience

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks or Yardi Voyager
• Prior experience in loan accounting or property management accounting
• Familiarity with escrow processes and financial reporting standards
• Ability to work with large volumes of data with accuracy and timeliness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a senior-level accounting role
• Excellent Excel and data organization skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
