Compensation and Incentives

Up to $125,000 per year plus a 20% commission on any revenue you generate from new clients.

Location and Schedule

Location: Media, PA 19063. The role starts onsite in Media and can transition to a South Jersey office if preferred once you are comfortable. Workdays are Monday through Friday onsite, with a choice between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Attire

Business or upscale business casual attire is expected, such as a blazer and button-down shirt. Sneakers are not allowed; wear pants or dark jeans.

Hard Skills

• Proficiency with General Ledgers and Trial Balances.
• Expert in QuickBooks.
• Experience with Business Tax Returns and Corporate Returns/Preparations.
• Ability to technically explain accounting processes and justify why specific procedures are used.

Qualifications

• Ideally five years or more of experience.
• CPA preferred but not required.

Soft Skills and Relationship Management

• Team-oriented with a focus on maintaining a positive office morale.
• Strong relationship management and client interfacing; ability to bring in new business is a plus.
• Clear potential for upward mobility for performers who excel, have the right attitude, and possess strong accounting skills.
