Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce code on the Salesforce platform.
Maintain and support Salesforce implementations of varying scopes and sizes.
Collaborate daily with a team that includes a Salesforce architect or team lead and other Salesforce consultants and developers.
Develop using SFDX in Visual Studio Code.
Create unit tests in Apex, LWC, and Aura.
Integrate with third party APIs using Apex or JavaScript.
Demo completed work during iteration meetings with customers.
Apply best practices for pro code customizations to minimize technical debt.
Recommend and implement low code customizations when more appropriate than pro code.
Maintain Salesforce certifications and pursue new ones as you grow in the role.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience as a Salesforce developer or on another object‑oriented platform such as Java, .NET, or JavaScript.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a STEM field.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while managing multiple projects and accounts.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; daily interaction with coworkers and customers to achieve business outcomes.
Excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical abilities to assess complex situations and determine optimal solutions.
Keen to learn and stay current with the latest Salesforce developments.
Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
