Role Overview

The Financial Representative role involves partnering with individuals and businesses to achieve financial security through personalized insurance solutions and comprehensive planning. You will focus on building lasting client relationships, understanding unique needs, and delivering tailored financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client consultations to uncover goals, aspirations, and concerns.
  • Develop and present comprehensive financial plans covering investments, insurance, and retirement.
  • Recommend and implement insurance strategies to protect clients’ assets and income.
  • Provide ongoing plan monitoring and periodic updates, adjusting strategies as circumstances change.
  • Expand and maintain a client network through referrals, community involvement, and professional associations.

Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or business development is beneficial but not required.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, analytical thinking, and the ability to build trust with clients.
  • Licenses: Obtain necessary licenses such as Series 6, 63, and state insurance licenses (training and sponsorship available).
