Location and Work Arrangement

Passion: Married with two kids and four dogs; values family time and spent the past decade as a varsity baseball coach at Lemoore High School.
- Gina Loza, Director of Training, Philanthropy & Events — Time with NM: 23 years. Prior Experience: PR & Marketing for Chico Performances at CSU, Chico; promoted world music, dance, theatre, lectures, and other performance art. Passion: Enjoys time with her two boys and their Yellow Lab, Opie; music lover and devoted Peloton rider.

About the Financial Representative Role
As a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, you will join a team dedicated to helping individuals and businesses achieve financial goals through personalized insurance solutions and comprehensive planning. Your responsibilities include building long-term client relationships, understanding unique needs, and delivering tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand financial goals, aspirations, and concerns
- Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive plans covering investments, insurance, and retirement
- Insurance Solutions: Recommend and implement strategies to protect clients' assets and income
- Ongoing Support: Monitor plans and provide regular updates, adjusting as needed
- Networking: Grow and maintain a client base through referrals, community involvement, and professional associations
Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience: Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or business development is beneficial but not required
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, analytical thinking, and the ability to build trust with clients
- Licenses: Obtain necessary licenses such as Series 6, Series 63, and state insurance licenses (training and sponsorship available)
