This full-time onsite role in Orlando, FL focuses on designing and maintaining PeopleSoft HR programs, reports, interfaces, and processes to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine sophisticated PeopleSoft HR modules, including reports, interfaces, and processes, aligned with business and user specifications.
• Set up and maintain Time and Labor rules to ensure regulatory compliance and precise payroll calculations.
• Translate user needs into effective technical solutions, covering custom applications and feature enhancements.
• Code, test, and roll out solutions using tools such as Application Designer, BI Publisher, SQR, PS Query, and Oracle database technologies.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve system problems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with HR functional users to support and improve PeopleSoft functionality.
• Analyze business requirements and contribute to the selection, implementation, and rollout of new delivered and custom features.
• Participate in rotating on-call support as part of the service lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of PeopleSoft experience.
• Expertise in Payroll, HR, and Time and Labor modules.
• Strong experience with Integration Broker, PeopleCode, and Application Engine.
• Proven ability to develop reports, interfaces, and Application Designer processes using SQR.
• Proficiency in PL SQL.
