Home Offer 365 LLC is a growing multi-state real estate investment company specializing in wholesale, fix-and-flip, and rental properties. We are currently acquiring 20+ properties across 10 states and are seeking a detail oriented Financial Controller to bring structure, organization, and accuracy to our financial operations.

Role Overview

As our Financial Controller, you will oversee the company’s financial reporting and accounting processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and organization. This part-time role is designed for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys improving systems, delivering clear financial reporting, and helping leadership understand the numbers behind the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing and cleaning up financial records
• Preparing monthly Profit & Loss statements and financial reports
• Managing bank reconciliations and transaction oversight
• Monitoring cash flow across multiple entities and properties
• Assisting with deal-level financial tracking for wholesale, flips, and rentals
• Building simple financial dashboards and KPIs for leadership
• Supporting budgeting and financial forecasting
• Coordinating with bookkeepers and external accountants/CPAs
• Identifying opportunities to improve financial systems and processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial management
• Experience with multi-entity accounting preferred
• Real estate investment accounting experience is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of financial statements and cash flow management
• Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain financial data clearly

Job Details

Hours: 10–20 hours per week, flexible schedule

Compensation: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour

Location: Lancaster County, PA
