Part-Time Finance Advisor / CFO-Level Support (Real Estate)

Role Overview

Home Offer 365 is seeking a Part-Time Finance Advisor capable of delivering CFO-level support across our real estate operations. The role enhances financial visibility, informs strategic decision making, and brings structure to a fast-paced environment spanning multiple entities and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Review and organize financial records
• Prepare accurate monthly P&L statements and reports
• Provide clarity on cash flow and overall profitability
• Advise on deal-level financials for flips versus buy-and-hold scenarios
• Build dashboards and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Track and analyze cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and overall operating costs
• Evaluate lead quality and conversion performance
• Identify which marketing channels and ads are performing best
• Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and ROI across the business

Qualifications

• Strong background in finance, accounting, or CFO-level strategic work
• Experience with real estate investments is preferred
• Experience tracking KPIs, marketing performance, and business metrics
• Comfortable working with multi-entity financials and cash flow management
• Highly organized with strong communication skills
• Tech-savvy, proficient with spreadsheets, accounting software, and CRMs

Compensation and Schedule

Pay: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour, plus a performance-based monthly bonus. Hours are Part-Time with a Flexible schedule.

Location and Work Arrangement

Location: York County, PA. Headquarters in Lebanon, PA, with remote flexibility available. This is an in-person role.
