Paraplanner

Overview

Larson Financial Group, LLC is seeking an experienced paraplanner who is ready for a meaningful career opportunity. Our mission is to help others flourish in life, and the paraplanner will support financial advisors and assist Larson clients in achieving high levels of success. You will engage directly with clients to help them reach their financial goals through thorough follow-up, applying planning techniques in meeting preparations, attending client meetings, and maintaining well-organized client information. This fast-paced, rapidly expanding practice promises both challenge and opportunity. The role is well-suited for a driven individual who desires a guaranteed base salary with substantial upside potential tied to personal performance and the practice’s performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare insurance illustrations
• Develop comprehensive financial plans
• Present investment guidance aligned with team recommendations
• Track and manage next steps in the client planning process
• Collaborate with the client service manager and operations team to deliver a concierge client experience

Requirements

• Flexible schedule to accommodate meetings and client events
• Ability to collaborate with the Advisor to achieve shared goals

Qualifications

• Licensing: Series 6 or 7 and 63 or 66 preferred
• Education: Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
