Mergers and Acquisitions Integration Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned M&A Integration Manager to steer pre- and post-close integrations within a private equity–backed commercial landscape portfolio. This position directly contributes to value creation by accelerating integration, capturing synergies, and positioning portfolio companies for scalable growth and exit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate acquisition rationale into concrete integration roadmaps
• Lead cross-functional integration efforts across finance, HR, IT, operations, and sales
• Oversee integration timelines, KPIs, and synergy tracking
• Support ERP, CRM, and reporting system integrations
• Drive change management, communication, and cultural alignment
• Provide clear, executive-level updates to leadership

Ideal Candidate

• 5–10 years in M&A integration, PE portfolio operations, consulting, or program management
• Experience in PE-backed or highly acquisitive environments preferred
• Strong financial acumen (EBITDA, synergies, KPI tracking)
• Excellent project management and executive communication skills
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (UKG, Aspire, Acumatica, or similar)
