Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client businesses to oversee and manage acquisition processes.
- Promote the businesses to qualified buyers and interested parties.
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable sale terms and achieve closing.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and/or experience in mergers and acquisitions.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary plus a percentage of the success fee.
- On Target Earnings (OTE) of $250K+ after two years.
