Overview
Raytheon is seeking a Deployment Fielding and Sustainment (DFS) Finance Lead to manage financial oversight across all DFS LTAMDS programs. In this role, you will deliver innovative, trusted solutions that optimize cost and schedule for Land and Air Defense products and services throughout their life cycle. You will collaborate with DFS program Leads, LTAMDS Program Control Account Managers, and program teams to ensure timely Earned Value Management inputs, reporting and analysis, and alignment on Budget Change Requests (BCRs). The position emphasizes effective cost control, schedule discipline, and meaningful analysis to drive predictable program outcomes. The work environment is grounded in Raytheon’s Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) discipline, with Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) focusing on safe, reliable, maintainable, and timely product delivery, including support disciplines such as Logistics, Technical Manuals, Training, Reliability, Maintainability, Supportability, and Repair.
What You Will Do
- Provide oversight, mentorship, and leadership to Control Account Managers (CAMs) supporting DFS on LTAMDS programs.
- Assist in creating Estimates at Complete (EACs) quarterly and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) monthly, including cost estimates, reasonableness tests, and risk/opportunity assessments at the Program/Product/Mission level.
- Perform detailed earned value (EV) and financial analysis to support program decisions and reporting.
- Drive cost control and schedule using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools; prepare analyses and reports to promote predictable cost and schedule outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering and program leads to obtain EVMS process inputs, develop EAC/LRE, produce monthly variance reports, and conduct weekly cost and labor run analyses.
- Operate effectively as a self-sufficient contributor while also thriving in a team environment, supporting both Functional organizations and ensuring program financial commitments are met.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Person status required; ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
- Security Clearance Type: DoD Clearance — Secret; Security Clearance Status: Active and existing clearance required after day 1.
- Location: Onsite in Tewksbury, MA (TB2 facility) with address details including ~ 50 Apple Hill Dr and ~ Sudbury Building, Tewksbury TB2 200 Sudbury.
