What You Will Do
- Provide benefit event guidance and education to former participants, Personal Retirement Account holders, or those approaching a benefit event. This includes asset retention and presenting additional product solutions to clients.
- Educate and assist existing and prospective clients who want to address their personal investment and risk-based needs, facilitating requested transactions or connecting them to the appropriate team when suitable.
- Identify current and potential retail customer needs.
- Contribute to other job-related duties and projects as required.
Qualifications
- Active Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 licenses.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus at least two years of experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport with customers over the phone.
- Proficiency with standard desktop technology and digital communication tools.
- In-depth knowledge of retail investment products as well as employer sponsored retirement plans.
