Position Details
The Acoustic Systems Division seeks a Program Finance Lead to manage the financial control of a high visibility Watch Program in Palm Bay, FL.

Location: Palm Bay, FL
Schedule: 9/80 - Employees work 9 out of every 14 days, totaling 80 hours, and have every other Friday off.
Essential Functions
- Oversee program financials, including the development of time‑phased integrated budgets and schedules, Earned Value (EV) data compliance and reporting, cost accounting, and management of cost and schedule integration.
- Develop quarterly EACs and assist in accurate projections of ETC, EAC, and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data.
- Ensure program EAC adherence to L3 Harris AC-13 and PMO-05 policies; evaluate gaps and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and review time‑phased budgets; establish key performance metrics and milestones; provide ongoing reporting of program cost and schedule variances; investigate financial irregularities; ensure financial program compliance; prepare milestone invoices and analyze program cash forecasts.
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Technical Leads, and Division/Sector leadership to guide financial performance.
- Influence day‑to‑day execution of all financial activity related to Programs, Proposals, Reviews, including developing strategies to achieve program financial goals.
- Partner with IPT members to implement baselining, ETC, and change management processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience. A graduate degree with at least 7 years of related experience is acceptable. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of related experience.
- 10+ years of experience and demonstrated strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Experience with SAP and EVMS including COBRA.
- Knowledge of cost and schedule development, budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
