Lead Financial Advisor

Vaco by Highspring is partnering with a growing financial planning firm in the Waukesha area to hire a Financial Advisor. This role is ideal for an advisor who enjoys relationship-based advising, comprehensive planning, and working with an established book of business, with no cold calling required.

What You’ll Be Handling

• Develop, present, and implement customized financial plans for clients
• Provide comprehensive advice across investments, retirement, insurance, annuities, and long-term care strategies
• Participate in firm-hosted workshops, seminars, and client presentations
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and planning
• Manage and grow an existing book of business provided by the firm

• CRM: Salesforce
• Google Workspace
• Mac-based environment

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Active Series 65 or Series 66 and 7
• Active Life and Health insurance license
