Latin America Private Bank - Senior Client Service Associate - Vice President

Overview

In this Latin America Private Bank role, you will assume a leadership position on a collaborative team focused on sustaining, expanding, and enriching client relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for all service related needs of Private Banking clients, operating in a fast paced, cross functional environment with advisors, product partners and operations to deliver a cohesive and integrated Private Banking experience across the product suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service and precise execution of client requests and transactions, including money movement, securities transfers, and loan activity, with escalated research handled as needed.
• Adhere to the firm’s controls, policies and procedures and FINRA regulations, while protecting client assets against potential fraud.
• Collaborate with client facing teams and internal business groups to deliver and complete client transactions.
• Review client activity to identify opportunities to engage clients with additional products and services.

Required qualifications

• Minimum of five years of client service experience.
• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses are required for the role; unlicensed candidates may be considered but must obtain the licenses within 90 days of start date.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and to perform under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook.

Preferred qualifications

• A college degree or equivalent client service experience is preferred.
• Experience with a wide array of financial products is preferred.
