Job Responsibilities
- Develop new relationships while managing existing ones, delivering service that consistently exceeds expectations.
- Identify opportunities to deepen primary banking, investments and lending relationships, regularly meeting with prospects and clients in person at their offices or other external locations.
- Network with referral sources and other centers of influence beyond the office to generate banking and investment leads.
- Build strong internal partnerships across all lines of business to address each client’s specific needs.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with clients’ short, medium, and long-term objectives through a holistic goals-based planning approach.
- Adhere strictly to risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum of five years in financial services or service sales, with an established high net worth referral network and a strong community presence.
- Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Demonstrated success driving sales growth by deepening relationships across multiple product lines and the ability to work collaboratively in a team to deliver client solutions.
- Solid understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts.
- Required Licenses: Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65). Unlicensed candidates may be considered but must obtain licenses within 150 days of start date.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience cultivating relationships by addressing Home or Business lending needs.
Location and reporting
This position is based in Bellevue, WA 98004 and will report in the office.
Compensation and benefits
In addition to a base salary, the role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan paid bi-annually. Total compensation details and benefits will be provided during the hiring process. Federal Deposit Insurance Act Section 19 applies to this position. Employment offers are contingent upon JPMorganChase’s review of criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries.
This role falls under Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Offers depend on review of criminal history, credit report, NMLS information, and other factors to confirm financial responsibility and suitability for the position. A felony conviction within the last seven years disqualifies a candidate. Eligibility to continue employment is contingent on compliance with Truth in Lending Act and Dodd-Frank Loan Originator requirements. The position requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act; upon hire, you will need to register or update your NMLS record to reflect JPMorgan Chase employment, with ongoing renewals as required.
