Overview

As a Private Client Advisor in Chase Wealth Management, you will deliver comprehensive financial planning and guidance to individuals and families, serving clients across a spectrum from those beginning to save to those with substantial wealth. You will create a superior investor experience by offering advised solutions and referrals to deepen client relationships with Chase partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Support teammates and bank goals while promoting a culture of diversity
  • Grow a book of business and deliver personalized investment solutions through leadership and relationship building, with an emphasis on relationship management rather than portfolio management
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of financial markets and sound business judgment
  • Maintain unwavering integrity and focus on acting in the best interests of clients
  • Educate clients about the technology and channels available to monitor, manage, and maintain their investments
  • Provide a holistic view of clients' needs and offer financial coaching beyond investments
  • Adopt digital innovations to help clients become more digitally confident, enabling them to bank when, where, and how they prefer

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum of 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience
  • Proven success in client acquisition, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with key partners
  • Strong commitment to goals based planning and advice
  • Valid and active Series 7 license
  • Valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment
  • Valid and active Life, Health and Long Term Care Insurance license required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Certified Financial Planning (CFP) certification is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
