Overview
Join J.P. Morgan Advisors as a Senior Client Associate based in Atlanta, GA, supporting ultra-high net worth clients with exceptional wealth management services. You will work closely with Financial Advisors to provide personalized solutions and cultivate lasting relationships. Responsibilities
- Own the client onboarding and account maintenance process for new and existing clients by collecting account-specific information, obtaining documents and financials, and providing investment quotes while complying with regulatory and firm policies and procedures.
- Interface directly with clients and Financial Advisors to make investment recommendations, present firm offerings, and execute equity trades, mutual fund orders, fixed income trades, and private investments.
- Provide support across a diverse suite of products and applications including Advisor Services, Wealth Planning and Advice, Goal Based Planning, liabilities planning, banking and lending solutions, mortgages, and digital offerings through JP Morgan Online and the mobile suite.
- Perform daily administrative and operational duties that support Financial Advisors and clients, including direct communication about money transfers, account maintenance, portfolio review preparation, ad hoc requests, and attendance at client meetings.
- Serve as a liaison between the Financial Advisor team, branch management, compliance, and other business units throughout the firm.
- Proactively support firm and regional initiatives and remediations, and participate in recurring local, national, and technology team meetings.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Series 7 and 66 licenses upon hire or must successfully obtain within 180 days from the start date
- Proven ability to be a self-starter, serve as an end-to-end owner of tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proactively identify and deliver solutions that address client needs
- Effective communication with clients and team members while maintaining professionalism in challenging situations
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Ability to adapt and stay current with evolving technology and regulatory policies
- Strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
