Japanese Bilingual Finance Administrator- Oak Brook, IL

Position Overview

Actus Consulting Group, Inc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Japanese bilingual Finance Administrator to join the expanding finance team in Oak Brook, Illinois. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role supports a broad range of financial planning, treasury, and corporate finance activities across the United States and Canada. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience or those who have studied finance, accounting, or business and are looking to build a career in corporate finance.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Work Schedule: On-site, Monday–Friday, 5 days/week
• Start Date: Around June 2026
• Salary: Approximately $65,000 annually
• Location: Oak Brook, IL 60523

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Finance Manager to manage bank accounts and maintain relationships with banking partners
• Prepare presentations for banks and external stakeholders
• Support budgeting and budget versus actual analysis for U.S. and Canada operations
• Assist in mid-term business planning and KPI tracking
• Support M&A activities, including valuation analysis and deal-related tasks
• Prepare reports and communications to the parent company, primarily in Japanese

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in spoken, written, and reading English and Japanese at a business level
• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field OR a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship from the company

• Occasional travel within the U.S. and Canada may be required (limited)
• Occasional evening meetings with Japan may be required (limited)
• Preference for candidates already located in the Chicagoland area
