International Private Bank- AWM Analyst Investor- LATAM North

As a Program Banker Analyst in the International Private Bank, you will join an integrated team of bankers, global investment specialists, capital advisors, and trust and estate professionals to attract new clients and support existing relationships. High performers may progress to an Associate role at the conclusion of the program. Promotions are determined by business needs and the Analyst’s performance. The two-year Analyst Program exposes you to multiple areas of the Private Bank, including credit and lending, multi-asset investments, wealth advisory, and estate planning. This role supports the LATAM North market focus within the International Private Bank.

Responsibilities

• Help design customized financial strategies for current and prospective clients
• Prepare pitch decks and meeting materials for client discussions
• Collaborate with integrated team members to analyze balance sheets and clarify a client’s investment objectives to deliver tailored, risk-aware recommendations
• Develop expertise in a range of proprietary models to inform solution recommendations
• Conduct research and analysis; support product development and prospecting efforts
• Research client inquiries and manage follow-up communications and materials
• As you grow in the role, assume more responsibility by engaging with senior management and working directly with clients

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.2
• No more than two years of work experience after completing undergraduate studies
• Demonstrated aptitude for sales and client relationship management

Compensation and Benefits

The total rewards package includes base salary determined by the role, experience, skills, and location. Eligible employees may receive commission-based pay and discretionary incentive compensation paid in cash and/or equity, based on individual achievement.
