Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Financial Services Professional to join Foster Financial Group. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, offering tailored financial guidance across a broad range of services. Your expertise will support clients in achieving their financial goals through personalized advice, clear communication, and in-depth product knowledge. This position presents an engaging opportunity to participate in outside sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our financial services division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead outside sales efforts to identify and attract new clients, leveraging effective negotiation and communication to close opportunities.
• Provide comprehensive financial guidance covering insurance products, retirement planning, and investment options.
• Oversee sales administration tasks including client onboarding, documentation, and benefits administration.
• Apply analytical skills to evaluate a client’s financial situation and recommend suitable solutions.
• Design marketing initiatives to expand the client base and raise awareness of our products.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to optimize service delivery and client satisfaction.

Compensation

Pay: $1,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month.
