Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through outside sales, telemarketing, and community outreach efforts
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable financial products and services, including insurance options
• Conduct thorough analysis of client financial situations to tailor personalized solutions
• Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA
• Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, follow-up, and updating client records
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote financial products and services across multiple channels
• Provide ongoing customer service support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Assist with benefits administration for clients, explaining various plans and coverage options
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes affecting the financial services sector

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the financial or insurance industry preferred
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
• Knowledge of sales administration processes and analysis skills to evaluate client data accurately
• Familiarity with insurance sales, benefits administration, and marketing strategies
• Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to client confidentiality is advantageous
• Previous experience in sales or related roles demonstrating strong interpersonal skills is preferred

Compensation and Location

Pay: From $4,653.00 per month
