Overview

Moldenhauer & Associates is a dynamic and growing financial services firm focused on delivering personalized financial planning solutions to clients. With a strong commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, we are looking for a skilled financial services associate to support our advisory services and contribute to the team’s ongoing success.

You will play a crucial role in assisting our financial planning team by conducting research, analyzing financial data, and helping prepare comprehensive financial plans. This position suits a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical abilities and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on investment options, market trends, and financial products.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to support the development of client financial plans.
• Collaborate with financial advisors to gather the necessary information for client engagements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support client meetings.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and changes to ensure compliance with financial planning standards.
• Provide administrative support to the financial planning team as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or a related field.
• Licensing: FINRA Series 7 and 63 or SIE, 66 and 7; NY Life and Health.
• Three years of previous experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment products, and industry regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $65,000-$70,000 based on experience and licensing.

• Work Location: In person.
